the president seat is already occupied!
Me, Nicolas Morel, creator of this project, will be your president. My only
job will consist in recruiting the 4 members of the management team, and kicking
out those who don’t behave according the rules of this project. Unlike
usual bosses I will be particularly cool.
What kind of team manager do we need?
Because it’s a project between cinema and open source, we need some managers
that know a lot about one or both of these domains. Because it’s a project
that has never been realized before, we need some managers that are inspiring
to others and can see behind mountains. (it’s an image)
Finally and most important, because it’s a project that is free and collaborative
we need some managers that are deeply honest and put the interest of the project
upper their own little interests, the interest of some friends or of some people
with luggage full of cash.
